The Italian Parliament consists of many parties which are elected by a democratic public and are placed into varied position with the parliament. The legislation is handled by a council of ministers accompanied by the two houses. 1948, left a mark in Italian politics with the waver of monarchy by a referendum. That was the time when Italy was no longer governed by the king rather a president was elected and further he appointed a group of ministers lead by the prime minister.
